Product Designer specialising in complex B2B platforms and operational tools. Excited by real-world problems, where usability really matters.

Background

I hold a first-class degree in Product Design from the University of Brighton, and started my career as a UX Consultant at UX Connections. I later led the expansion of the US offering, relocating to New York to establish and grow a new team of designers while working with early-stage B2B SaaS start-ups.

I am currently working with the product team at RM plc designing digital assessment products used by thousands of schools globally. My work spans 0→1 product design, from hands-on research in schools through to delivering scalable SaaS solutions for exam delivery.
